I had the opportunity to help shape a powerful customer testimonial spotlighting one of their most innovative partners—Big Ass Fans.
This project wasn’t just about showcasing technology. It was about telling a human-centered story. At the heart of the narrative were frontline workers—machine operators, maintenance techs, and warehouse associates—whose comfort directly affects safety and productivity. Lexmark’s collaboration with Big Ass Fans and Microsoft brought a transformative IoT solution to life through the Optra IoT platform, and our job was to communicate that impact clearly and meaningfully.
I led the storyfinding process, helped develop the interview structure, and worked closely on post-production editing. Together, we crafted a film that elevated the customer voice, highlighting not just what the solution does, but why it matters. The final piece emphasized how connecting the right data and devices can lead to safer, smarter industrial environments—while keeping people at the center of the story.
